Questions about your own care

A question about your own situation — a lesion you are worried about, a score you have been shown, or whether a treatment is appropriate for you — is a clinical question and belongs with a clinician who can examine you. The hospital’s outpatient channels are the right route for that, and the appointments page explains how they work.

If a photograph of yours has been shared

If you have uploaded a facial image to a service and want to know how it is held, or want it deleted, the request goes to the service that holds it and is governed by the terms you accepted. If an image was taken as part of your care at this hospital, it forms part of your medical record and the privacy policy on this site explains how to ask about it.
